Classical yoga style. Our teacher offers a youthful approach to the yoga classes, not too serious, but still emphasising the immense benefits a balanced practise can have on body and mind.
Expect the class to be both chilled and challenging (yin and yang), mixing foundational asana with creative transitions, keeping a strong focus on linking breath with movement to ensure practitioners gain the full intention of the pose.

English Hatha Classes are open, meaning, you just drop in about 15 minutes before the class starts.
