Wednesday 7pm English Hatha Yoga
Influenced by genuine teachers and ‘that after-yoga feel,’ Hanna’s teaching style is aimed at providing a real-life, humorous and accessible class for students of all levels. Hanna offers a youthful approach to yoga, not too serious, but still emphasising the immense benefits a balanced practise can have on mind and body.
Expect the class to be both chilled and challenging (yin and yang), mixing foundational asana with creative transitions, keeping a strong focus on linking breath with movement to ensure practitioners gain the full intention of the pose.
Yoga has helped Hanna to overcome a lot of misguided Western ideas about health and fitness, and she loves to share the lessons she’s learnt though her teachings.
TRAINING & CERTIFICATES
Hanna has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, she is certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, meditation, pre- and post-natal, children’s and teens yoga.
